Enumerate Pads doesn't refresh anymore

Not sure exactly when this happened, may be connected to the recent text rendering patch. GAL modedit's Enumerate Pads feature doesn't refresh the rendering anymore, so the pad numbers still look the same until you cause them to redraw e.g. by clicking on them and highlighting them.
