Bug Description
Currently IPC-D-356 netlist export is generated in inches and degrees ("P UNITS CUST 0") while all other fabrication exports allow selecting millimeters too. It would be a cleaner approach if an option to export IPC-D-356 netlist in millimeters and degrees ("P UNITS CUST 1") was implemented. Besides it could help avoiding any rounding errors especially in old ECAM tools and designs with very fine pitch components.
