Bug Description
The problem is that editing a board using moving block sometimes leads to staying old invalid ratsnests. I've shot a videos with the bug appearing after using undo and redo.
The steps to reproduce (shown on a video):
1. Select and move a block so that some of tracks are left unconnected
2. See that the unconnected tracks are assigned to some nets (see NetName in left bottom corner)
3. Undo and redo
4. See that the unconnected tracks are not assigned to any net (they were before undo-redo)
5. Remove the unconnected tracks and see that the ratsnests don't disappear.
