Bug Description

I noticed that old unused nets are never removed from the Net Classes Editor in pcbnew.

If I create a simple schematic with a component and two nets named A and B, import this into pcbnew, and look in the Design Rules Editor, these two nets A and B are visible in the Net Classes Editor and I can assign membership to them.

If I change the names of these nets in eeschema and import the updated netlist, the old nets A and B are still there.

In a large design with lots of iterations and sheets it soon becomes very difficult to know which nets are "real" and which are old and now unused.

Unused nets should be removed or hidden from this list.
