Bug Description
Hello!
I'm starting a design of a 8/10 layers board, and you can optimize some signals by disabling the via in the layers that there is no connection.
A useful option can be disabling automatically the vias in the layers where there is no connection. Doing this you can lower the capacitance with another signals.
Sorry by posting this as a bug, I don't know where to publish this kind of comments.
