Bug Description
We are using (ORCAD) predefined 'blocks' of schematic and layout, saved in files. If we do a new project, we include these in the schematic by 'importing' them. Fo example, this is a microcontroller plus memory plus capacitors plus .....
Once drawn in a schematic, you select the desired block and then save this to a file.
Now it's only stored internally (scratch) and can be copied between sheets in the same project.
But not between projects.
By the way, it would be nice to have Ctrl-V to get what is stored in scratch.
Ctrl-C to put it in is there.
At least brighten up the color of this thing in the upper menu. Looks like greyed out the way it is now.
