Bug Description
Toggling between F9 and F11 GAL on revision 6538:
The transition to F11 GAL does not show pending DRC arrows, whereas the transitioning into legacy does show them.
The modeless DRC dialog was kept open during my test.

While testing this, I noticed that the "Disable design rule checking" icon on the top of the left toolbar does not align with the setting in the pns router settings dialog.
