The following commands are missing from the footprint context menu when using a GAL canvas:
1) Rotate counter clockwise.
2) Drag. This may be more complicated as I don't know if component dragging is implemented in the GAL canvas.
3) Exchange footprints.
I've attached screen shots of both the legacy and GAL canvas footprint context menus for comparison purposes.
