eeschema: libraries not found dialog empty

On my system, the "Not Found" dialog displayed by PROJECT::SchLibs appears blank. See screenshot: https://misc.c4757p.com/not_found.png

Traced through lines 169-177 of schframe.cpp, all dialog contents are being set correctly.
