Bug Description
When wiring to screens with "small" resolution, the user has no way to press hidden tool-bar buttons. This is valid for both pcbnew and eeschema.
At least there should be an indicator that there is more tool buttons.
Eeschema on my laptop (1366x768). "Graphic Text" and "Image" are not shown.
