pcbnew: "Export -> IDFv3 Export" is redundant

Bug Description
In pcbnew when selecting File -> Export from the menu I get four choices. "IDFv3 Export" is one of them, but the only one containing the redundant "Export" in the name. It should just be called "IDFv3".
