Bug Description
Inside PCBnew with OpenGL canvas, open the footprint viewer and select any through-hole footprint (for example TO-92-Rugged from Housings_TO-92 library). Though-hole pads are incorrectly displayed.
Close the footprint viewer, select default canvas inside PCBnew, open once again the footprint viewer and now the through-hole pads are correctly displayed.

Hi Toledo,
It seems to me that there is an issue with video drivers, to be more precise - shaders are not running correctly. There are missing roundings, it is easy to spot at 'R' letter. I enclose a screenshot that presents the footprint as it is seen on my machines.
Do you miss roundings in the layout editor as well? What video card and drivers do you use?
Regards,
Orson
