Bug Description

Holes for pads in copper zones not properly rendered by 3Dviewer. Pad included into a zone but not connected to it present no problem.

Disabling zones in 3D view, holes are rendered OK, re-enabling zone : holes are covered again.

I cannot reproduce this on my system (see attached screenshot taken from roughly the same place as yours).

Not my area of expertise, but could this be something to do with your video drivers? I'm running on a i3-3217 CPU with inbuilt GPU, Arch Linux, using the xf86-video-intel drivers. First few lines of output from glewinfo say:

GLEW version 1.12.0
Reporting capabilities of display :0, visual 0xb3
Running on a Mesa DRI Intel(R) Ivybridge Mobile from Intel Open Source Technology Center
OpenGL version 3.0 Mesa 10.6.5 is supported

Can upload full glewinfo output or other diagnostics if somebody wants them to try and figure this one out.
