Sub-hierarchy files did not display in main panel

Bugs or not ? Or need some setting ( feature ) ?

The sub file exist in the project folder. And displayed / shown in the root sheet navigator but not displayed / shown in the main-panel. Refreshing project-tree did not give any effect.

Pls find the attached screen shots. ( sub sheet : power_end.sch ).

This is a feature.
You can open sub-sheets only from the top level (root) sheet.
Kicad is not a file manager, it is a project manager
