I'm not exactly sure what is happening, but this is reproducible. On a build after 6143:
Load this board: https://misc.c4757p.com/DPO.kicad_pcb
Concentrating on this corner: https://misc.c4757p.com/dpo_corner.png
1. Edit both of the zones in that corner (one front, one back). Change the net from V+ to GND.
2. Refill zones with B.
3. Enter the routing tool and join together the rightmost two pads in that screenshot.
4. Segfault!
