Minimizing launcher minimizes eeschema & pcbnew

Running on Windows 8, latest BZR (5919). When I minimize the launcher window to get to the eeschema/pcbnew window behind it, both windows are minimized. The same behavior occurs if I click the taskbar button. Minimizing eeschama/pcbnew does not affect the launcher. It would be nice to have an option to disable the tied minimization.

I can confirm this on 5925 on my windows builds (x86_64).

This is rather annoying.

There is a good read at http://blogs.msdn.com/b/oldnewthing/archive/2012/08/20/10341464.aspx for background on taskbar grouping -- a quick fix might be to just not make the editor windows owned by the toplevel, but in the long run a proper AppID might be needed so the recently opened files are maintained properly.

Can't reproduce this on Windows 10 using master branch -- is the behavior in Windows 10 different, or did some other change in KiCad inadvertently fix this?
