Pcbnew: three crosshair of cursor when switch from GAL to Legacy canvas

Steps:
1) switch to GAL mode from Legacy
2) switch to Legacy -> 3 crosshair

Maybe need redraw canvas after switch to Legacy mode.

What happens if you force a redraw or zoom?

If force redraw - good. Why doesn't redraw by default?

BZR6216: only one necessary cursor appears. If I pan, zoom or refresh canvas - all is become good.
If near future Legacy mode will go deprecated then this bug isn't need
