Eeschema color settings window cannot be closed from the title bar

The Ubuntu PPA version of the color scheme settings window in EESchema cannot be closed from the title bar "X" button.
Nothing happens when the button is clicked, not even a log in the console.

There is no problem to close the window with the "Cancel" and "OK" buttons.

Rev 5726 should fix that. However it is platform dependent, so not sure it is fixed for all.
Tested on Ubuntu 14.10 on Unity.
