Bug Description
There appear to be two issues with zoom in GAL:
1. the widget with the current zoom level is not updated when zooming in/out
2. while zooming out, the scrollbars are not correctly placed sometimes.

It seems that the scrollbars size is not taken into account for the "auto zoom" calculation. The board would be perfectly shown if there were no scrollbar. See attached screenshot.
Also, zooming using the droplist widget does update the bottom statusbar "Z" (zoom) item. Zooming in/out with the mousewheel doesn't update either the zoom droplist widget or the statusbar "Z".
