Zonefill generates short circuits

Running DRC on attached board file generates three short circuits and one gap in the zones. Short circuits aren't detected by the DRC.

There is a strange issue and I am unable to download your "shorts.kicad_pcb" file.
This is the first time it happens.
Can you try to upload an other copy?
