KiCAD file exensions are not being associated to KiCAD programs - Windows

Bug Description

On first installation on a Windows 7 PC, KiCAD installer did not associate the extensions; pro, sch, cmp, net, lib, etc. with any of the KiCAD programs.

Tested on build

Application: kicad
Version: (after 2015-may-01 BZR unknown)-product release build
wxWidgets: Version 3.0.2 (debug,wchar_t,compiler with C++ ABI 1002,GCC 4.9.2,wx containers,compatible with 2.8)
Platform: Windows 7 (build 7601, Service Pack 1), 64-bit edition, 64 bit, Little endian, wxMSW
Boost version: 1.57.0
         USE_WX_GRAPHICS_CONTEXT=OFF
         USE_WX_OVERLAY=OFF
         KICAD_SCRIPTING=ON
         KICAD_SCRIPTING_MODULES=ON
         KICAD_SCRIPTING_WXPYTHON=ON
         USE_FP_LIB_TABLE=HARD_CODED_ON
         BUILD_GITHUB_PLUGIN=ON

That might be right. That I guess is something needed to be done with the NSIS installer I am currently using. I will consider this as a low priority task for the time being. But if someone with some windows expertise who can tell me how to do this in NSIS, please do so.
