New footprint library wizard failed to add github pretty repo

The new footprint library wizard as of 5554 does not work at adding a pretty repo form github.

Adding i.e.:
https://github.com/KiCad/Housings_DFN_QFN.pretty

As the github repository, will error with:
https GET command failed
Cannot get/download json data from: 'https://api.github.com/orgs/KiCad/Housings_DFN_QFN.pretty/repos?per_page=99&page=1'
Reason: 'Not found'

You should not use the full path to a library on the first page. The default value (https://github.com/KiCad) is fine, the wizard will acquire the list of available libraries and let you pick ones you want.

Ahh ok. That was not entirely clear to the user.

I suggest having a button to reset it the the KIGITHUB variable, becasue if changed it will rember that one, which is a good feature. But a button to reset to the env var would be nice too.

Some hardening of the URL input field could be nice too.
