New library creation confusion

Bug Description

I create a new component in Lib Editor. Then I ask to "save current component to new library". The dialog window that pops up has the name of the new library pre-filled in as the name of the component, suggesting that this component should be it's own library. This is confusing. I suggest that the dialog window pre-filled name be changed to new.lib.

I am running Build 2013-07-07 BZR 4022, on 32-bit Windows 7.

Maybe this is a "never mind". Coming from the world of Orcad, I am accustomed to see libraries as name.lib, which contain multiple parts. I tried to make Kicad work this way and it didn't. So I guess there is no bug here, nor do I have any suggestions.

Eeschema works like Orcad. A library file contains multiple parts.

OK, I really do have a libraries-related bug report (sometimes it is hard to know why you are confused!):

I store multiple created eeschema parts in a directory. I can only add one of these parts at a time to the preferences/library/component library files. I would prefer to just add the whole directory so I can choose (self-created) parts from it. (This is something I did in Orcad)

Also, removing a library search path does not make it disappear.

Why not store multiple symbols in a single library? That's how they're meant to be used, anyway.

The removing a library path has been fixed.
