BZR4888 - pcbnew online-DRC in openGL mode not accurate enough

This seems to preferably happen with rotated square pads.

It's not "not accurate enough", in my case it makes it almost impossible to use rotated parts. Added video to illustrate the point:

This is a serious issue, and I think this should be fixed in the next release. I have set the importance accordingly.
