Bug Description
Hello,
In PCBNEW, when inserting TARGETS / MIRES, it seems to do nothing but it's because the default size of the drawn TARGET is too small (0.005 millimeters). There is no way (I found no way) to modify this default value.

This bug has been fixed in the testing branch version r4289. It might be a while before a new stable release is created.
