Bug Description

the line "%ADD10C,2.3622e-006*%" present in all gerber files can't be read with different "gerber software"
this line did not exist with older version of KiCad

That line is trying to define a round flash of about 2 millionth of
millimeter (or inch, depending on the prologue); that's of course not
valid. There is indeed a bug in the gerber generation (the E form is not
allowed), but there also probably something wrong with the board. Can you
attach it for verification?

OK, found the problem.

We have to decide the best way to fix it.

In the mean time in the plot dialog you should simply set a plausible line width (now it's something like 60 nanometers); Something like 0,1 or 0,01 will work fine

Was this a default value in the plot dialog or in one of the classes
that the plot dialog uses? The value probably was in deci-mils and
didn't get converted to nanometers when we made the change. I think
converting it to the proper nanometer value using DMils2iu( 60 ) should
do the trick. I found some default text height values a few months ago
that were still in deci-mils so it's possible there are other default
values lurking around that didn't get converted to nanometers.
