Discovered on build 2013-04-19 BZR 4011.
When generating drill maps on a board with both plated and npt holes, I can see in the status window that both files are generated with the same name (*-drl.pho). The second generated drill map (in my case the NPTH map) overwrites the first generated drill map file.
Looking back at previous gerber outputs generated on build 2012-01-19 BZR 3256 I only can find both the *-drl.pho and *-NPTH-drl.pho files. This bug crept in somewhere between BZR 3256 and BZR 4011. |

Edit: Removed extraneous (and possibly confusing) word "only" from 4th sentence. |
