Bug Description

When using the tab key to navigate the forms, after the focus enters one of the tables (Net Classes:, Custom Via Sizes:, Custom Track Widths:) the user is unable to continue to the next form element using the tab key.

You can still get stuck in them using r4714. Also you cannot "tab" through the tables (like the net classes), you'll be trapped inside one row.

I fixed this in the product branch r4152. Please note that the tab traversal out of the grid only works with wxWidgets 2.9.5 or greater. If your version of kicad is built against the 2.8 version of wxWidgets you will not see the change.
