allow multi-selection in Cv2Pcb

I recently started working on an LED matrix display that uses 128 LEDs. Assigning the footprints in Cv2Pcb was kind of cumbersome since i head to doubble-click 128 times (for a total of 256 clicks).

I think allowing for multiple selection in Cv2Pcb with the ability to assign the same footprint to the whole selection might be a nice feature.

maybe it could see if i could get this implemented. haven't used wxwidgest before but i feel it wont be that hard to do.

Hi,
I have an array of 25x28 (700 pcs) led_5050 for a UV exposure unit.

Will be great to have a multiple selection, like "shift".
