msp430.lib has wrong TEST pin number for 20-pin packages

Bug Description

MSP430G2432IN20 and many other 20-pin packages in http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~kicad-lib-committers/kicad/library/view/head:/library/msp430.lib have TEST pin is set as pin 11, which duplicates P2.3 pin number of those packages, and apparently result of cut&paste error converting from 14-pin packages. For 20-pin package, TEST pin is 17.
