Remove keystoneclient from keystonemiddleware

Keystonemiddleware should not need to rely on python-keystoneclient. Ideally all of the functionality it needs should be doable through keystoneauth. If not, either the required feature can be added to keystoneauth or we can consider adding openstacksdk as a dependency.
