Bug Description

According to https://review.openstack.org/#/c/467991/, we need to set global_request_id for Adapter(https://github.com/openstack/keystonemiddleware/blob/master/keystonemiddleware/auth_token/__init__.py#L934). Otherwise keystone service can't accept global_request_id when validate auth token.

It's good to support it IMO.

My suggestion:
Let keystoneauth support refreshing "global_request_id" for Adapter first. Then keystonemiddleware can adopt it.
