authtoken middleware doesn't respect reseller

Bug Description

Swift supports running multiple auth systems in one deployment. It designates accounts to a particular auth system via a reseller prefix. The authtoken middleware does not respect this value and will therefore send queries to the keystone server on every request. This may also lead to client requests being denied erroneously.

See http://docs.openstack.org/developer/swift/development_auth.html for more info on Swift's ability to support multiple auth systems.

Isn't this defer-auth-decision option. This is an ancient bug and appears to be no longer active. Please re-open it if it is still a concern.
