Bug Description
The keystoneauth project is designed to be super lightweight from a dependency standpoint. As a result, reviewers of the keystoneauth project have to manually check dependencies and educate contributors. This can be inconsistent and prone to error. Instead, we should write a hacking check for keystoneauth so that we don't have to perform this process manually [0].
