ADFSPassword plugin not registered in entrypoints

The _saml2.V3ADFSPassword plugin is not registered as an entry point under keystoneauth1.plugin, and is therefore unusable from the CLI as a valid authentication plugin.

The plugin was previously registered under a different name, but removed in Change-Id: I9d87114d473b7f59f60ac856f057253539d2e0e6.

    Add ADFSPassword to keystoneauth1 entry points

    The ADFSPassword plugin is not registered as an entry point under
    keystoneauth1.plugin, and is therefore unusable from the “openstack” CLI
    as a valid authentication plugin.

    This commit registers the ADFS plugin in entry points as v3adfspassword.
