Currently betamax fixture is only supporting 'none' and 'all' record modes. It should support also the once and new_episodes modes that are available on betamax.

Allow to send different recorders to betamax

Currently keystoneuath1 only allow to send 'all' recorder to
betamax. Update the conditional to allow passing all the valid
    record modes: once, all, new_episodes.
