Bug Description

Since r42 (April 29, 2012) prettytable no longer supports the printt() method.
See http://code.google.com/p/prettytable/source/detail?r=42

I create a pull request at https://github.com/openstack/python-keystoneclient/pull/7 and also attached a patch.

Duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/keystone/+bug/995811, in addition python-keystoneclient is under Gerrit workflow so I don't think pull requests are accepted.
