error while using the populate command of keystone

Bug Description

openstack.org/installation guide/minimum installation of keystone is inaccurate , when using the populate command an error related to python module greenlet.getcurrent() saying there is no such fucntion. In ubuntu 22.04.2 and bobcat openstack
