Bug Description

Seems like apache2.conf is not the way to put servername directive on Ubuntu 18.04 lts

Can you clarify the issue you're seeing? Is there an error message, or are you seeing strange behavior? Is it just that there is not an existing ServerName example already in apache2.conf (you may have to add it)? Where would you expect to set ServerName instead?
