Bug Description
When using a Region name on the CLI, Logs show:
"UserWarning: Invalid uuid: RegionOne."
As explained by cmurphy, this is because the UUID is looked for before looking for the name. Officially reporting bug for kmalloc

Morgan, what do you propose we do about this? AFAIK this is just how openstackclient works. Obviously 'RegionOne' is an invalid uuid, so the log isn't wrong.
