Bug Description
The identity API implemented resource options to flag users that need to authenticate with multi-factor in Ocata [0]. The documentation for multi-factor and totp doesn't specify anything about using resource options to enable multi-factor for a user, but it should.
Opening this bug so that we can track adding documentation for this to the existing multi-factor guide [1].
