Deprecation warning in keystone log for keystone.contrib.endpoint_policy.routers.EndpointPolicyExtension

The Keystone log file constantly reports of the following deprecation:

Deprecated: keystone.contrib.endpoint_policy.routers.EndpointPolicyExtension is deprecated as of Liberty in favor of keystone.endpoint_policy.routers.Routers and may be removed in M.

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/171448/ has added the deprecation warning but I see that the default needs to be updated: https://github.com/openstack/keystone/blob/master/etc/keystone-paste.ini#L46

    Remove reference of old endpoint_policy in paste file

    By referencing the old endpoint_policy in contrib, we are causing
    deprecation warnings to appear in log files. We no longer need
    to create a filter and include it, since it's in core now.
