list_projects_for_endpoint interface fail with "500 Internal Server Error"

Hello All,

    When I test endpoint filter feature, I send a GET request to '/v3/OS-EP-FILTER/endpoints/{endpoint_id}/projects', then get the following error

    Fix list_projects_for_endpoint failed bug

    list_projects_for_endpoint fail with "500 Internal Server Error"
    modify function name to 'list_projects_for_endpoint' and
    add three test cases
