Send OS distribution on API headers

It should be interesting to send OS distribution in API headers, to be able to detect the OS that is serving API calls and collect that on stats.

If this is still something we want to do, we should talk about adding a piece of middleware to oslo.middleware. Please open a blueprint for that.
