limit results returned from LDAP

Bug Description

In large directories, returning all entries is not feasable. REgardless of the pagination scheme, a user should be able to specify the largest reuslt set returned by LDAP by passing the result-limit parameter to the query.

Did Henry's patch cover this? I can't remember if it impacted LDAP or not.

We some have support in keystone.common.ldap to limit searches, but nothing from the drivers seems to be using it.

i'm going to mark this as a duplicate of 1501698. i realize this one is older, but 1501698 has several patches attached to it, so i don't want to lose that relationship
