role_name_attribute mapping in LDAP should default to ou

Bug Description

The ldap RoleApi (/keystone/identity/backend/ldap/ has this mapping for role name:
    attribute_mapping = {'name': 'cn',
                         #'serviceId': 'service_id',
The name should be "ou" as it was correctly written in the config file.
