legacy_endpoint_id appears in v3 catalog

Bug Description

The legacy_endpoint_id is showing in the catalog for a v3 token :

I supposed this is to reference a endpoint created in v2.

I am not sure how this is supposed to be used but in any cases it would be nice if we can get some documentation in the specs i.e here:

It's an implementation detail of the SQL driver and should *never* be exposed to the API.
