db migration 022 does not close session

db migration 022 does not close the session which with a postgresql backend results in a user of the db being left behind. Even with autocommit need to at least close the session

    close db migration session

    Explicitly close sessions in db migration 022. With the postgresql backend
    if the session is not closed explicitly it leaves a user of the db behind
    which can cause problems later on
