The respin 5.13.0-1010.12 contains only a raspi-HW-specific single line change. That code is not exercised in ADT so the previous ADT results from 5.13.0-1010.11 are still valid. Hence marking the task as 'Fix Released.

Which didn't work so added the 'automated-testing-passed' tag.
