The unverified report was fixed by re-spin #5 (being able to compile for 32bit ppc).

pc-kernel and pc-lowlatency-kernel are tested and ready. We are holding for caracalla-kernel, but a problem there would not block the kernel releasing. Therefore unblocking kernel and those snaps which are ready.
